1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Pink Cloud Network. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pink Cloud Network, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Pink Cloud Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Pink Cloud Network application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE APP. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and use Pink Cloud Network. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. App Features and Services
Pink Cloud Network provides a recovery-focused social platform that enables users to: discover sober events and recovery meetings; create and join recovery groups and organizations; connect with other members of the recovery community; post content and messages; receive AI-powered recommendations for safe, inspiring experiences; and share location-based information.
5. User Conduct and Community Standards
Pink Cloud Network is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive recovery community. You agree NOT to engage in bullying, harassment, hate speech, stalking, sexual harassment, impersonation, spamming, or any illegal activity.
We have zero tolerance for bullying and harassment. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Pink Cloud Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating the App.
7. Location Services
Certain features require access to your device's location. By enabling location services, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. AI-Powered Features (Clarity)
Pink Cloud Network includes an optional AI-powered assistant called Clarity that helps you discover sober events, find recovery meetings, and answer questions about your recovery journey. Clarity is powered by GreenSeek, a third-party AI service provider. Before you can use Clarity, you will be asked for your explicit consent to share data with GreenSeek.
When you use Clarity, the following data is collected and sent to GreenSeek: your query text, your city name (if provided), and your approximate location coordinates (if enabled). We do NOT share your name, email, account credentials, profile information, messages, social connections, sobriety date, or other personal data with GreenSeek.
GreenSeek processes your queries solely to generate helpful responses and is contractually obligated to protect your data. You can decline to use Clarity and continue using Pink Cloud Network without it.
9. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Pink Cloud Network only, not Apple, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Pink Cloud Network does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINK CLOUD NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

2. Our Commitment: We Do Not Sell Your Data
WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, TRADE, OR OTHERWISE MONETIZE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES. Period. Your data is not a product we sell. We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. AI-Powered Features (Clarity) — Third-Party Data Sharing
Pink Cloud Network includes an optional AI-powered assistant called Clarity that helps you discover sober events, find recovery meetings, and answer questions about your recovery journey. Clarity is powered by GreenSeek, a third-party AI service provider. Before you can use Clarity, you will be asked for your explicit consent to share data with GreenSeek.
Data Collection & Sharing: When you use Clarity, the following data is collected and sent to GreenSeek: your query text (the questions you ask Clarity), your city name (if you have provided it), and your approximate location coordinates (only if you have enabled location services).
Data NOT Shared with GreenSeek: Your name, email, or phone number; your account credentials or password; your profile information; your sobriety date or recovery information; your messages, social connections, or other personal data.
Third-Party Data Protection: GreenSeek processes your queries solely to generate helpful responses. GreenSeek is contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for purposes other than providing the AI service. GreenSeek's data handling practices are governed by their privacy policy at greenseek.ai/privacy.
Your Consent & Control: You must explicitly agree to share data with GreenSeek before using Clarity. You can decline and continue using Pink Cloud Network without Clarity. If you previously consented but wish to revoke access, you can stop using Clarity at any time.
7. Your Rights
You can:
• Access and update your information
• Delete your account through Settings
• Opt out of notifications
• Disable location services
• Request an export of your data
8. GDPR Rights (EEA/UK Users)
You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. Contact privacy@pinkcloudnetwork.com to exercise these rights.
9. Data Security
We implement encryption, secure password hashing, access controls, and other security measures to protect your data.
10. Children's Privacy
Pink Cloud Network is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
